Andrea’s path here wasn’t linear. Over 20+ years she moved through service industries, startups, tech companies + global brands, learning what works at scale + when to make a cut before it costs you too much. She learned that most marketing advice is written for companies with unlimited budgets + none of the heart.
Then she opened a coffee shop south of Atlanta. Not a side project, a full commitment. Within a year she’d scaled it to a second location. What she learned in those two spaces about authenticity, community + earning loyalty changed how she thought about marketing entirely.
Eventually she came home, back to Norwalk, back to the community she grew up in. She founded Welfle Creative because the organizations doing the most meaningful work in her community deserve strategy that only huge budgets used to buy.

My time in startups taught me how to pull it all together on a shoestring budget. This community teaches me daily that there are far more positive stories to tell than negative ones.”
